We are taught from a young age how to read, write and do maths but these skills are worthless if we are not confident to learn them or use them!
Confidence and self esteem are the foundations in which we do everything from, Want to try and make a sports team? It takes confidence. Want to do well in your exams/school work? It takes confidence. Want to get a good paying job? It takes confidence.
It’s easy to see in today’s world that we are often held back by our fears, doubts and worries of:
– “What will others think?”
– “What if I fail?”
– “I’m confused?”
Theses are all signs our confidence and self esteem are being attacked by our negative thoughts which cause us to play small, stay stuck or not truly reach your huge potential!
